Update a button link

  1. Access the template you would like to edit, either through Automations or Email Blasts
  2. Click the button you would like to update
  3. Update the URL on the right-hand side
  4. Click Save Template


Additional Call to Action Options

Button links can be set up to trigger different actions on a client's mobile device or computer.

  • Open Website
    • This is the most standard option. Selecting Open Website will direct clients to the entered in URL on their mobile device or computer.
  • Send Email
    • Selecting Send Email will open up the client's email provider on their mobile device or computer and automatically populate the reply-to email address.  Help your clients further by pre-populating the subject line and body content.
  • Call Phone Number
    • Selecting Call Phone Number will open up a client's phone app on their mobile device and pre-populate the number provided. Note: this will only work if the client is opening the email on their mobile device, this will not work from a laptop or pc.
  • Send SMS
    • Selecting Send SMS will open up a client's messaging app on their mobile device and pre-populate the number provided. Note: this will only work if the client is opening the email on their mobile device, this will not work from a laptop or pc.
